With over 23 years of experience in the beauty industry, Mary’s journey began in the fast-paced world of Las Vegas, where she honed her craft doing bridal glam, working in luxury hotels, and providing all hair services for her local clients. Her passion for beauty and connection led her to back to her beginnings in Arizona, where she spent the past decade in a beautiful salon studio in Gilbert.
Now, Mary has brought her ultimate vision to life with Curative and Co., a thoughtfully designed, elevated salon space nestled inside the historic JD’s Homestead building. Blending her Vegas roots with small-town charm, Mary has created a place where artistry, creativity, relaxation, and community come together, offering guests not just a service, but an experience.

I’m Quinn, a hairstylist with nearly three years of experience and a passion for creating hair magic! I specialize in custom color, blonding, extensions, and bold fashion colors that let your personality shine.

You can find me at Curative & Co on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays, and I’ve been lucky enough to call this amazing salon home since April 2025. The energy here is unmatched! It’s truly the most welcoming space, filled with supportive, uplifting women I adore working alongside.

The best part of my job? Seeing your face light up when you leave my chair feeling confident and beautiful. That’s what it’s all about!

Hi, I’m Jessiah Stokes, a passionate hairstylist with over 11 years of experience helping clients feel confident and beautiful. Originally from Colorado Springs, I now call Arizona home, where I live with my husband and our three amazing kids.

My love for beauty and makeup began when I was just a little girl. I specialize in extensions and Brazilian blowouts, creating transformative looks that are both glamorous and low-maintenance. I also offer expert color and precision cuts for clients of all ages, starting as young as 10 months 

I’m proud to work out of Curative & Co, a space that’s truly special. It’s filled with loving people and incredibly talented, creative women all under one roof. It’s been my home for the past year, and I’ve genuinely loved every moment. The warmth and energy of this place is something you’ll feel the moment you walk through the door.

The most rewarding part of my career has been creating a safe, welcoming space where I can connect with my guests and collaborate with them to achieve a look that reflects their true selves.

I’m Allie, a color-obsessed stylist with over a decade behind the chair and a passion for helping people feel like their most confident, radiant selves. I specialize in all things color and extensions, whether you’re dreaming of lived-in blonde, dimensional brunette, or a bold transformation, I’ve got you.
Before landing here, I served as the Educational Director for Toni & Guy Newport Beach, managed a salon team, and even won “Best Color of the Year” in the 2018 Toni & Guy Photographic Awards. Education and artistry are in my DNA, but at the end of the day, I just love making people feel seen, glowing, and empowered!
I chose to work at Curative and Co because of the warm and inviting vibe I got when I walked through the door. It’s such a beautiful space for both stylists and clients to spend their day in!
My beauty philosophy: confidence is the best makeup. It doesn’t matter if your hair is hot pink, zebra stripes, or a buzz cut, as long as you wear it with confidence, you can pull off anything.
